Refunds & Replacements
• We only offer refunds for orders that are seriously damaged or incorrect.
You can keep the original order, and we will replace it at no extra charge in cases of damage or mistakes.
Order cancellations
• You may cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared or sent out for delivery.
• Once the order is made or on its way, it cannot be canceled.
Recipient unavailable during delivery
• If the recipient (gift receivers only) does not answer the phone during delivery, we will reschedule the delivery date on a new agreed date with a freshly made order at no extra charge.
Recipient changes delivery location
• If the recipient from Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Um Al Quwain changes their location to a new address after confirming the location previously, we will not be able to deliver.
In this case, the sender can choose one of the following:
• Full refund: Receive a full refund of the original order value.
• Pay 50% of the original order value for us to prepare a fresh order for delivery on a new agreed date.
